Made to order
Products are made after an order is placed. Production and delivery times vary by product, destination, order volume, carrier conditions, and holidays. Estimates shown during checkout or in order messages are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a carrier receives the shipment.
Address changes
Review the shipping address before placing an order. Contact info@sweatwicking.com immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee a change after production or fulfillment begins.
Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments
If tracking has not moved for an unusual period, the package appears lost, or the order arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant photographs when applicable. We will investigate with the fulfillment and shipping providers.
